Agree. Combine this approach (or something similar) with aggressive recruitment for new members!

Exedia seems pretty important for the roleplay at the moment I think we need players in that faction. Besides it's an interesting faction.

In all honesty i feel its a really selfish approach, both for the ones who dont want to just merge all into one colony cause they happend to have a good bunch of people in their colonies or the ones who think its a good idea to basically force players into a faction they may not like, excedia's weak point and unatractiveness based in the simple fact that their morality in the lore is depicted horribly, to the point that its questionable to evenlive there. But what i i do t get is, if you were a new player and say, liked how lowen looked, and when you are about to apply for it you would see that you cant because "oh ur late, sorry you can only join these 2 nations that for you could even be pieces of shit but i dun care i just need filler players there lol".
In all honesty the fact that people say that starting out separate makes the server unique clearly tells me they never played in newer roleplay servers before, cause i have seen it infinite times, wanna know why you never heared of a server when pulling out the starting separated technique worked? Well, because they are most limely dead, why? Because either players didnt find rp cause all of the cities had low members, or they died because one city took over cause they had double the whole server's population.
I feel you should think about trying to be appeling to newcomers and take a little annoyance of moving to a much more stable and not to mention an environment with more oportunities one starting town system just to keep the server alive and to keep appealing to audiences by letting them choose the nacionality they want cause after all everyone lives in the same place.
