[Implemented] The Rune of Gyin and the Rings of Telum

This rune was discovered by the Red Knights of Cattagia, after various experiments with the arcane material from Heonia. They discovered that the magic could be canalized into an object, which requires a lot of power in order to mantain its form and existance in reality. The rune must be carefully crafted in order to be able to "project" objects into reality, which makes it really hard rune to manage and master, only a few people to this day know how to create it and use it to its most potential, which is, to be able to use it with the least energy draw possible (This does not mean, however, that the drawback is taken away, just lightly diminished).

How the rune works is fairly complex, the rune concentrates its magical power to materialize magical energy into an object, in order to create an "Illusion" of certain items, however, for the rune to work, it requires a catalyst which has been magically inscribed with magic to reflect a certain item as well as A Lot of energy, Visual illusions can also be created with this rune and require less power to exist. This nature makes it really unstable, and if not used or crafted correctly, it could lead to disastrous results, depending on the strength of the rune and the energy given to it.



The rings of Telum are a tool created with the rune of Gyin, they are masterfully crafted pieces which require a very speciffic process to create. There's only 10 in existance, however, one ring was lost, the 7th ring was worn by Cavalier 7, Arthur Hawthorn, who was sent in a mission to Heonia, and 'till this day, he hasnt come back to the Red knights.

The rings work in a speciffic and complex way, they materialize the power from the rune of Gyin, which acts like some kind of arcane projector, which creates a weapon, reflecting the magic through the jewel that the ring possesses, which must be treated in a process that was kept as a secret by the order, after such, the Ring will be able to canalize the user's energy/stamina into the desired weapon. In order to mantain itself stable, the user must practice with it, as well as learn how to canalize their energy to use it. The weapon shatters and breaks upon the lack of energy due to the fact that the energy is what keeps the force of the weapon together, and upon the lack of it, the energy scatters on the environment, this scattering, however, doesnt cause any damage.

The Rings of Telum are particularly interesting, cause when they summon a weapon and keep them in existance, they drain the capabilities of other buffing items on the user, meaning that the user cannot put a stamina spell on a necklace or the like and contradict the effects. Not only that, but the Rings of Telum are meant to be used as a last resource, and not as a regular basis weapon, due to the fact that they drain a lot of stamina, and if regularly used, due to the unstable nature of the ring, it could cause damage in the user's health.

To create a ring, you need a runesmith, firstly you create a cast for the ring, which in the core will have the arcane material, after pouring silver on the cast and cooling, the ring is done, then the rune must be chiseled on the ring with perfection and trying not to hammer thearcane material. Finally, the ruby is treated in an enchantment method where it is unflawed, and once is near-perfect, they enchant it (dont make me go into more detail till the magic lore is up) and bound with a common sword/weapon to record its shape, then its assembled and re-enchanted to activate the material, boom, done, have ooc knowledge, cause its so important here, after all, not like any player would metagame, right?))
